1. Custom Products and Eligibility for Refunds
Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, refunds or cancellations may not be possible in the following cases:
- Products with engraving errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after the product has been crafted.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or material, as these are natural characteristics of wood, glass, and engraving processes.
We will, however, provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Errors in engraving caused by us, such as incorrect spelling or design that differs from the approved preview.
- Damaged or defective products caused during transit.
2. Refund Request Process

- Orders canceled after the crafting process has begun
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the crafting process begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
6. Shipping Costs
- If a refund or replacement is approved for a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
