1. Custom Products and Eligibility for Refunds

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, refunds or cancellations may not be possible in the following cases:

  • Products with engraving errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after the product has been crafted.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or material, as these are natural characteristics of wood, glass, and engraving processes.

We will, however, provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Errors in engraving caused by us, such as incorrect spelling or design that differs from the approved preview.
  • Damaged or defective products caused during transit.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your product:

    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Refunds for Approved Claims

  • If your refund request is approved, you may choose between:
    • A replacement product at no additional cost.
    • A refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Orders canceled after the crafting process has begun

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the crafting process begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If a refund or replacement is approved for a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
